WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION: This half-day, hands-on workshop will teach participants the art and technique of canning seasonal relishes and salsas using delicious North Fork fruits and vegetables. Participants will take home their canned relishes and salsas and also receive a free Landcraft Garden visitor pass.
